The North American Business Management Post Baccalaureate program (NABU) builds knowledge of business management skills for a career in North America for students from around the world. This program structure provides opportunities for international students and new permanent residents an opportunity to gain North American business credentials, English language practice and hands-on work experience. In this post baccalaureate diploma in business management, you'll have the opportunity to study both the social and government sectors of North American business and explore important management practices learned from our instructors and working with community partners. Basic requirements Completion of an undergraduate degree from a recognized institution with a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.5 or higher with preference given to students with a 3.0 or higher on their final two years of study - Program-specific requirements

- Students with backgrounds other than business degrees, economics degrees or the equivalent will be required to complete a Business Essentials course
Current high school students Grade 12 students can apply for conditional admission based on their final Grade 11 and/or interim Grade 12 marks by uploading their most recent grades (e.g., unofficial transcript or a report card) through EducationPlannerBC. Final admission depends on high school graduation and meeting the specific requirements of the program. Note: Applicants from B.C high schools must release their grades to CapU via the BC Ministry of Education at Student Transcripts Services (STS) as soon as possible. |
| Application Notes : | English is the language of instruction at CapU. All applicants are required to demonstrate competence in the English Language prior to admission. If English is not your first language or you’ve received your education in a language other than English, students must produce evidence of their English Language Proficiency: - Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): paper =560 internet=83, or
- International English Language Testing System (Academic IELTS)=6.5 overall, and no one score less than 6.0, or
- Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL)=70, or
- Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic)=56, or
- CapU EAP 100 and 101 with a minimum B+ grade in each course, or
- Articulated level completion from approved Pathway Partner.
